“How do I currently use my global communication skills, and what skills can I improve?”
Currently I use my communication skills to search the Internet. I use my computer and cell phone to to browse the web, using Facebook. With face-book I can keep in touch with friends and family that I usually want hear from. Also, I am able to share photos using my phone and receive and send text messages. I can improve my global communication skills by learning what software programs I can use to make any job that I am doing simpler and faster.

Verbal Communication

Verbal communication skills are important for me to have as an administrative professional for the following reasons. I have to be able to relay messages and well as receive them. The main thing I have to do is be a good listener. When I am been talked to I need to have eye contact with that person and respond appropriately. I need to always think before I speak and ask questions if I don't understand.what is being said. I may have to paraphrase something in order to understand it better.

“This chapter has helped me recognize that I can strengthen my written communication in the following ways.” I learned from this chapter that to strengthen my communication I must start communicating by having a topic sentence. All the other sentences need to be in concise and to the point. I should use short sentences that are to the point. Sentences should be no longer than 20 words. Also, when corresponding always treat the reader with respect.
